We fire our Josper Oven with charcoal each morning and stack our Pizza Oven with sustainable local logs, making fresh bread and pizzas daily. Our Pattiserie chef makes all our cakes and desserts in House too, with a lively passion for all things sweet and fresh. When it comes to wine, with help from Jean Cristoph at Berkmann Fine Wines, we proudly offer an extensive selection of wines with character and a true sense of place, accompanying our food perfectly. Our house spirits also offer an alternative approach allowing smaller independent brands to shine through our very own small business.
